Return & Refund Policy

At AFS Stickering & Signages, we strive for perfection in every order. We understand that sometimes an online purchase may not be exactly what you expected, which is why we offer a transparent and customer-friendly "No-Fuss" guarantee.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is the incorrect size, or is incomplete, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Reporting Window: You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • How to Report: Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9910798663 with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Return Process: We will schedule a return pickup. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all tags, barcodes, manuals, and invoices included.

  • Verification: All returns undergo a quality check to ensure the issue is a manufacturing or transit defect rather than misuse.

2. General Returns (Change of Mind)

If you are unsatisfied with the product’s look, quality, or simply changed your mind:

  • Conditions: The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Variations: Please note that since these are art and signage products, minor variations in finish or color (due to screen displays) may occur and are not considered defects.

  • Rejection: If a returned product is found to be used or damaged by the customer, the return will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

3. DIY Painting Kits

  • Used Kits: Any DIY kit that has been started or used is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Unused Kits: Only completely unused kits with all components present are eligible for return under our standard policy.

4. Custom Product Orders

Custom products are created specifically for your requirements.

  • Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for custom orders.

  • Policy: Custom orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.

  • Exceptions: We will only replace a custom order if it arrives damaged or incorrect. This must be reported via email within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Standard Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier) for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made after 4 hours but before dispatch will incur a 20% restocking/shipping deduction, plus a 3% transaction fee for prepaid orders.

  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Customers must provide bank account details for a manual transfer.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Timeline: Once approved, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.
